Spring Coating Systems acquires Ergeca
Spring Coating Systems, of Jungholtz, France, has acquired all of the shares of Ergeca, a company specializing in video inspection systems for web printing applications. Ergeca is based in Antony, France.
Spring was founded five years ago to provide printers and coaters with technologies relating to the application of inks and coatings. The company has formulation laboratories and manufacturing facilities in the US and Europe.
“We see Ergeca as a natural fit and a means to tie together our product range in a coherent and effective package,” says Thomas Korchak, president of Spring Coating Systems.
